 Rock Water Flower Essence:Positive
qualities:Flexibility, spontaneity, and flowing receptivity; following the spirit rather than the letter of the law. Patterns of imbalance: Rigid standards for oneself, asceticism, self-denial. Rock Water essence, one of the original English (Bach) remedies, is not made from a plant, but from the essence of a sacred, underground spring, where the Earth forces are concentrated and consecrated. Rock Water essence treats a condition of soul which is more mineral than plant like; it is for those who have extremely rigid attitudes toward life. Although such souls have high philosophical ideals, they suffer from an inability to enjoy life, and their thoughts quickly crystallize into hardened dogma. They adopt schedules for work, or life patterns for eating and sleeping, which are overly restrictive and mechanical. If they are following a spiritual path, such individuals tend towards harsh asceticism, attempting to fit their lives into strict and narrow concepts of spiritual behavior. The essence of Rock Water helps such souls to develop more inner flexibility, and especially to feel the living, pulsing currents of their emotional life. In this way, such persons come more in touch with their feelings, which stream and flow from the inner being much as water courses from the Earth.
